Beer - Blue Moon: Brewed with oats for creaminess & spiced with a perfect combination of orange peel & coriander. A refreshing, naturally cloudy handcrafted wheat beer served with an orange garnish.

Cocktail - Sunny Spritz: The perfect aperitif for this season! Blueberry and thyme infused Violette Cartron topped with a Spanish Cava and Sparkling Silivian blood orange

For $60 per person, we’ve designed a one-off menu:

  • Lamb Cutlets: Roasted & marinated Mirrool Creek lamb cutlets, served with Turnip & Radish Puree and homemade

  • Scallops: Seared scallops & sliced Morcilla, served on a bed of delicious pea puree

  • Ensalada Granada: A lovely hearty salad of Baby spinach, crispy sweet potato, hazelnuts, Spanish onion & jamon dressed in goat’s curd & sherry vinaigrette

  • Beef Empanadas: 14 Hour Slow Cooked Beef Brisket & Caramelised Onion. Served with Jalapeno Feta dipping sauce

  • Flores de Zucchini: Zucchini flowers filled with three cheeses & semi-dried tomoato with a sprinkle of Nigella seeds

  • Churros: Crispy donut fingers rolled in cinnamon sugar, with warm dipping chocolate, Chantilly cream & strawberries
